Chelsea is a producer, badass, and owner of Check It Productions - a boutique video production company based in Nebraska that produces with brands and agencies across the country.

She came up through people before she came up through production via a psychology degree, graduate work in social work, and years leading teams in nonprofit and community development. Turns out, understanding what motivates people is basically the whole job!
